GLOW

About the Author

Brynn (Stanley) Finn, born and raised in New Jersey, is an accomplished singer-songwriter and now a children’s book author!
Prior to authoring “Glow,” her singing career took her across America, from the East Coast to the West Coast and back again. Audiences have come to know her voice as a unique blend of classic vocalists like Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee with modern stars like Norah Jones and Diana Krall. Her style has been described as “warm, classic, timeless, inspiring, and sincere.”
She has three professional albums to her credit. In 2015, while living in California, she created her debut album of original songs, “Hello, California.” Over her next five years in the Golden State, she worked with many Grammy and Oscar-winning producers and engineers to record her EP “Classic” and her highly praised holiday album, “Classic Christmas.” Brynn can now be seen performing in and around New York, New Jersey, and Los Angeles with her jazz ensembles.
Even when not singing, she is inspired to continue to create art, connecting with people by sharing her passions, and challenging herself by taking on many different types of projects. “Glow” started as one of those projects, originally written as a poem and ending up becoming Brynn’s first-ever children’s book. “Glow” was the influence and inspiration to write her song “Shine.” This book is the start of the “Glow” series, with (hopefully) many more stories to come.
Brynn lives in Summit, NJ, with her husband, Evan, and their new puppy, Louie.
